Other Services
When you are running a small business or voluntary organisation, you are often far too busy to be concerned with some of the technicalities and legalities that you should observe. At GMAK we pride ourselves on offering a personal, reliable and value for money service in many of these areas:
Raising finance – whilst we have no crock of gold we have helped lots of clients, be it in preparing a cash flow, in drawing up a proposal for your bank, advising on the best allotment of share and loan capital etc.
Bookkeeping – using GMAK as your bookkeepers may be an expensive option, using a delightful but incompetent bookkeeper may be more expensive. We can help with recruitment, maybe we know a freelance bookkeeper and we can certainly advise on bookkeeping systems etc.
Payroll – the intricacies of the PAYE and National Insurance systems are mind boggling for small businesses. We provide a payroll bureau for many of our newer clients, with a small number of employees – can we help you?
VAT and National Insurance – for both these areas of tax there is a very considerable body of case law let alone the detailed regulations. We can advise as to whether there is basis for partial exemption, trading subsidiaries, what rewards might be paid without having to handover National Insurance to the Chancellor of Exchequer etc.
